21 Day Fix: What now?

OK, so you've finished your 21 Day Fix... what now?? You just stop?? NO!!

Here's what's next. Use what you learned and incorporate it into your everyday. You can become a little more lax on your plan (maybe have an extra waffle with your kids this weekend, or eat the chips and salsa you've been denying yourself for the past few weeks), but use the principles from the Fix and remember the Clean Eating Rule: eat 80% clean, 80% of the time!

Another option: do another round! Start from Day 1 and go again. I have groups starting every month. Jump in one and let's go again!

Tired of the workouts and need another option? There are ALWAYS other workouts to do ;). Use the eating plan and add in some new workouts. PERFECT.

Glad we had this conversation. Now get back to WORK!!
