Recipe: Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Bacon Wrapped Chicken.

Need I say more??

This recipe is paleo, clean eating and just plain good.

I used a full package of bacon, about 6 chicken breast cutlets, some garlic salt and lemon pepper seasoning (you can forgo the seasonings if you would like).

I used coconut oil to "grease" a broiler pan rack and chicken, sprinkled some seasoning on either side and wrapped the chicken in bacon. Place the prepared pieces on the broiler pan rack pop into a preheated 425 oven for 25 minutes. Switch to broil for 3 minutes to crisp the bacon and then remove from oven quickly before the bacon starts to smoke ;).

I served this with a veggie spinach salad. You can add dressing if you'd like to, or slice the chicken and place on top of the salad.

2 Red

1 tsp oils

1 Orange (if using dressing)
