Beast Plank Walks

Start in Beast, knees bent, back straight, arms straight.

Right side (slow): step back right/left to plank, back into Beast right/left. Repeat. Right side (quick): step back right/left to plank, back into Beast right/left. Repeat 3x.

Left side (slow): step back left/right to plank, back into Beast left/right. Repeat. Left side (quick): step back left/right to plank, back into Beast left/right. Repeat 3x.

Do this sequence 4 times through <3.
