Recipe: Buffalo Chicken

I'd like to share one of the EASIEST recipes you'll ever find to feed a big crowd. It's not 21 Day Fix approved and not totally clean, but it falls into the "close enough" book for me because of how I eat it.
I did purchase organic-grain-fed-no-antibiotic-expensive chicken... haha I just think it tastes better--the texture is better. The other ingredients needed: 1/2 to 3/4 bottle wing sauce (OR, if you're really good you can make your own!) and 1/2 packet of Ranch seasoning.

Place chicken in slow cooker. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Cover; cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. How easy is that?? When it's ready, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker, mix a Tbs of butter (optional) into it as you stir everything together, and BOOM, you're done.

Once the chicken is done, you can go the traditional route--a bun, chips, dip. Or you can use your 80/20 rule and pair it with spinach and bell peppers instead ;).
This has become a favorite for sure. Let me know if you make it and enjoy it! It may be perfect for a large get-together!
