My results are in! And good thing I took photos, because I think that's the impressive part. I only lost 3 pounds... and that's where the scale fails you. It can't tell you how much muscle you've developed and how many inches you lost or how your pants fit. I lost 3.5 inches in 21 days. This is no joke, friends. Each month since I started with Beachbody in June I have lost weight and inches and have gained knowledge in how to eat, how to use weights to build muscle, and how to help others do the same. Screw the scale--how do you FEEL?
