I am so pumped about my results photos! I am putting them together and will do final weight and measurements in the morning... but OH my GOODNESS I have come a long way since starting this journey in June. Who knew I could do so much in just a few months. I LOVE that I took photos, because I was sitting here tonight thinking, "Dang, I just can't seem to make any progress..." and then I looked at the before and after and went WOAH!! ;) Seriously, I know it's tough to take those before photos... but you need to!

Meal 1: Chocolate Shakeology (red), Spinach (green), banana (purple), water, ice.
Meal 2: Chocolate chip cookies (not on plan), made "light"
Meal 3: Grilled turkey (red) and cheese (blue) on whole wheat bread (2 yellow)
Meal 4: Pork (red) with BBQ sauce (not on plan), steamed green beans (green) and broccoli (green)
Meal 5: Greek yogurt (red), apples (purple), peanuts (orange)
Workout: Dirty 30, which is my FAVORITE 21 Day Fix workout :). Glad to end it on that note. I worked my booty off tonight!! Can't wait to show you the full results tomorrow ;)
