21 Day Fix Day 19

WOW Day 19! OK, I admit, I celebrated a bit today with a Justins Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup... But for real, ya'll, I always get so proud of myself when I stick with a promise, and I promised myself I was going to do something a little different this time... I was going to add weights into my workouts. I am NOT a weight person typically--I talked about that a bit yesterday. I am also not a person who cuts out foods. I believe everything is wonderful in moderation. Even chocolate ;). My workout this morning was PiYo instead of the Pilates Fix. Every so often I still get a tight knee, so PiYo helps me keep limber and ready to rock the harder workouts. I went to a friend's today to workout and it was so fun to show off my FAVORITE workout.

Meal 1: Chocolate Shakeology (red), watermelon (purple), water, ice.

Meal 2: Spinach (green), chicken (red), cheese (blue), chocolate Shakeology (red), iced coffee.

Meal 3: Waffle (yellow), berries (purple), honey.

Meal 4: Green beans (green), boccoli (green), wheat spaghetti (yellow), turkey meatballs (red).

Meal 5: Justins pb cups

Workout: PiYo Define Upper

That was a lot of chocolate today... HAHA I was just REALLY feeling it today. My homemade mocha frap was amaze-balls btw. So. Good. Who needs Starbucks when you have all that goodness AND superfood Shakeology at home?? ;) Try it sometime if you don't believe me. And tell me about it!
