21 Day Fix Day 18

Day 18 was a successful one! I don't know what was happening that second week but I am back strong to finish this out. I've got my eating back on track, my workouts are AWESOME, and my healthy lifestyle and Shakeology are keeping my depression at bay. I call today a win.

Meal 1: Chocolate Shakeology (red), banana (purple), water, ice. This is my FAVORITE food in the world.

Meal 2: Carrots (green), peanuts (orange)

Meal 3: Whole wheat waffle (yellow), strawberries (purple), honey, turkey slices (red)

Meal 4: Sugar snap peas (green)

Meal 5: Green beans (green), shredded turkey breast (red), brown rice (yellow), cheese (blue)

Meal 6: Cottage cheese (red)
