21 Day Fix Day 17

WOOHOO I'm so close... it's Day 17, and I am noticing a huge change in my arms. I have muscle that just keeps on developing! My "flab" is toning right up and my shoulders are more defined as well. My waist is smaller, though my abs aren't popping the way I hoped. I think for me that's just going to take a while longer. And that's ok with me. I am truly in this for the long haul. No quick fixes here! Though honestly I can't believe what 21 days can do... amazing.

Meal 1: Strawberry Shakeology (red), pineapple (purple), spinach (green), water, ice. Coffee.
Meal 2: Leftover chili (red, yellow, 1/2 purple) and cheese (blue)
Meal 3: Carrots (green), peanuts (orange)
Meal 4: Spaghetti and homemade turkey meatballs (red, yellow, 1/2 purple)
