21 Day Fix Day 16

Day 16 was decent nutrition-wise, and difficult personally. A dear friend passed away, so I was a bit distraught today and just wanted to spend time with my kiddos, so I decided I needed a day off from exercise. I feel great today, physically, since my last few days held some pretty great workouts. Consider this my last rest day until the program is over ;). I can't believe I'm that close! 21 days goes really quickly. Let that be a lesson to ya'll: you can do it!

Meal 1: Whole wheat waffle (yellow), strawberries (purple)

Meal 2: Vanilla Shakeology (red), spinach (green), peanut butter (2 tsp), water, ice. Peanuts (orange)

Meal 3: Carrots (green)

Meal 4: Justins Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup (not on plan, necessary for emotional stability)

Meal 5: Chili (red, yellow, purple) and cheese (blue)

Meal 6: Vanilla Shakeology (red), iced coffee. Cottage cheese (red).

Workout: none
