21 Day Fix Day 14

Hello Day 14!!
Today was an active recovery day, but my DVD's Yoga Fix doesn't work, so I decided to go back to my love--PiYo! My daughters did the workout with me--a nice 20 minute Define Lower... and then said, "AGAIN! Do another one!"... so we did the next 20 minute Define Upper :). I got a great workout in tonight and it felt so different doing PiYo after doing the more intense 21DF workouts for the past two weeks!

Meal 1: 2 eggs (red), turkey bacon (1/2 red), waffle (yellow)
Meal 2: Vanilla Shakeology (red), spinach (green), strawberries and pineapples (purple), ice, water
Meal 3: Half a Chocolate Shakeology packet (1/2 red), iced coffee, ice.
Meal 4: Banana (purple), almond butter (2 tsp)
Meal 5: Chicken tacos: 2 tortillas (yellow), shredded chicken (red), cheese (blue). Steamed broccoli (green), steamed carrots (green).
Meal 6: olives (orange)
Workout: PiYo Define Lower and Upper instead of Yoga Fix
