21 Day Fix Day 13

Hello Day 13!

Meal 1: Vanilla Shakeology (red), strawberries (purple), water, ice. Waffle (yellow)
Meal 2: Cottage cheese (red)
Meal 3: Cheeseburger and curly fries (yellow, red, blue, green, 2 tsp) (yikes)
Meal 4: Spinach (green), brussel sprouts (green), avocado (blue), shredded chicken (red)
Meal 5: olives (orange)
Workout: Dirty 30
Hey-yo! I went out to lunch with the hubby and kids today... so yes, you see the burger and fries are back ;). The rest of my meals were fabulous, though my kids did eat half my waffle. The Dirty 30 workout is one of my favorite workouts. It's a butt kicker but feels so good.
Dude.. I ate brussel sprouts tonight. Willingly. With nothing but Cajun seasoning on them. Look at all that green on that plate ;).
One more day this week and then I'm set for my LAST week of this round of the Fix!! I will do two a day workouts, will follow my meal plan to a T (even if I have to take Shakeology with me to a restaurant or use rubber bands to keep me from sneaking an extra snack). And I WILL see those results!!
