21 Day Fix Day 12

Day 12!! Two more days and I start my doubles ;).

Meal 1: Strawberry Shakeology (red), Mango/banana (purple), water, ice.

Meal 2: Carrots (green), peanuts (orange)

Meal 3: Chocolate Shakeology (red), Vanilla almond milk (yellow), milk ice

Meal 4: Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos: tortillas (yellow), red bell peppers (green), salsa verde chicken (red), cheese (blue)

Workout: Cardio Fix

I felt sick this morning. From the donut and scone I ate yesterday. That's one way to learn my lesson ;). NO MORE JUNK!

So I took it easy on the food today because I just wasn't hungry! I had my Shakeology for breakfast, a quick snack and then another Shakeology for lunch, and that really did the trick. By the afternoon I was feeling much better, and my dinner was amazing. I cooked the chicken in the slow cooker with salsa verde and it turned out great! Two tacos was perfect and the portions were more than enough to fill me up. I'm glad I had a light day after yesterday's fiasco... feels good to get back to normal. Tomorrow will be great! I've got lots of leftovers so I don't have to cook, and the Dirty 30 workout is on the schedule... should be a good one! Today's Cardio Fix was WORK!! I can't believe I accidentally did that workout on my first day (instead of the Total Body Cardio Fix) and didn't quit ;). It's a tough one! But feels great though!
