21 Day Fix Day 11

Day 11--halfway there! Do you notice how I get progressively wose and worse with my diet? I LOVE these workouts, and I LOVE the concept of the containers, but apparently I am restricting myself too much, because I have not CRAVED sugar and carbs more than with this program!! This is going to take some serious willpower to get through the rest of the progam without GAINING everything I LOSE!

Meal 1: Vanilla Shakeology (red), spinach (green), water, ice
Meal 2: Cottage cheese (red), coffee
Meal 3: Leftover spaghetti (red, yellow, 1/2 purple)
Meal 4: Chicken (red), brown rice (yellow), pineapple (purple), jalapenos
Meal 5: Carrots (green), salsa (1/2 purple), olives (orange)--don't mind the colors of the containers... they are just food holders in this photo ;).
Workout: Pilates Fix
Not pictured: scone, donut, handful of candy corn, and my dignity
Tomorrow I refuse to give in to the cravings. But seriously ya'll, I gotta have an extra fruit or carb every day or something... this is ROUGH! Good news, I thought I hadn't lost any weight but it turns out my scale is just really weird and doesn't work well on uneven tiles ;). I have actually lost 2 pounds, as well as the inches I already talked to. So apparently my eating hasn't totally sabotaged things yet... but who knows what will happen after a day like this!
Tomorrow is a new day ;). And it will NOT beat me!!
