21 Day Fix Day 10

Happy Monday! I can't believe I'm almost halfway through the Fix! I started my group today and I can't wait for them all to experience it for themselves :).

Meal 1: Vanilla Shakeology (red), strawberries and bananas (purple), water, ice
Meal 2: Coffee, cucumbers (green)
Meal 3: Spinach (green), taco meat (red), avocado (blue)
Meal 4: Pumpkin spice latte with almond milk, homemade (1/2 yellow, 1/2 purple)
Meal 5: Spaghetti and meatsauce (yellow, red, 1/2 purple), green beans (green)
Meal 6: Cottage cheese (red), peanuts (orange)
Workout: Lower Fix
Today was a good one, ya'll. My legs were BURNING by the end of the workout!
