21 Day Fix Day 9

Day 9! My daughters helped me with my workout today... you can see them here rolling and unrolling all the yoga mats. It's what they do best ;)

Meal 1: Vanilla shakeology (red), natural peanut butter (2 tsp), water, ice
Meal 2: carrots (green)
Meal 3: Vanilla Shakeology (red), berries (purple), water, ice. Olives (orange)
Meal 4: Tacos: tortillas (yellow), taco meat (red), cheese (blue), yellow bell peppers (green)
Meal 5: Waffle (yellow), bananas (purple), turkey bacon (red)
Today I was much more "on track" with my plan. I felt good, had a great workout, planned my meals for next week, grocery shopped and ate more good food today (no jalapeno cheeseburgers!)
My challenge group starts tomorrow and I added all the participants in today. I love hosting accountability groups. It's one of the best parts of my job! What other job lets me hang out with friends from all over the country on a FB group where we motivate each other and give each other positive energy to change our lives? Love love love.
P.S. I love turkey bacon too... didn't think I would. But it is delish. Have a great Monday tomorrow! Go start a new good habit :)
