21 Day Fix Day 7

Day 7 of the 21 Day Fix was not really my best day as far as food is concerned... Look at this photo ;). You see 3 awesome meals, and cookies. No snacks. Oh, friends... I know you'll have days like this, and I really want you to know that I do too ;). It was rainy today, and I made cookies with my kids. Yes, sugar, flour, chocolate, the works. And I ate one. And then I ate another. And another. And skipped all snacks because I just wasn't hungry. You'll notice no workout photo too ;). Yes, I was HORRIBLE today. But let me explain about the workout. My DVD skips! It played the first couple on the disc but when I got to Yoga Fix today it went all over the place and just would not work at all! So I contacted CR and they'll send me a new disc, but in the meantime I skipped my workout for today. Boo!

Meal 1: Eggs (red), turkey bacon (red)

Meal 2: Turkey slices (red), cheese (blue), black beans (yellow), cucumbers (green)

Meal 3: Strawberry Shakeology (red), mangoes, water, ice. Steamed broccoli (green) and green beans (green).

Meal 4, 5 and 6: cookies (not on plan, don't try this at home)

Also featured in today's meal plan, two cups of black coffee in the AM and one iced coffee in the PM.

Tomorrow is a new day ;). Other than my snacks, the rest of my meals were really healthy and delicious! The strawberry mango smoothie is quickly becoming a favorite of mine!
