21 Day Fix Day 6

It's Day 6! I cheated massively today. Well, sort of. I bought candy corn, and inhaled 2 handfuls without flinching. Do you ever feel like sometimes your body just needs a treat? I was just feeling itchy about it, like I needed a bit of a sugar pick-me-up, so I went for it ;). And I worked EXTRA hard tonight on my Dirty 30 workout to make up for it.

Meal 1: Strawberry Shakeology (red), banana (purple), water, ice.

Meal 2: Waffle (yellow), natural PB (2 tsp), cottage cheese (red).

Meal 3: Red bell peppers (green), carrots (green), hummus (blue).

Meal 4: Chicken (red), black beans (yellow), pineapple (purple), jalapenos (extra).

Meal 5: Chocolate Shakeology (red), water, ice.

Workout: Dirty 30

I have extra Shakeology packets, and a crazy schedule this week, if you haven't noticed. Can you do this plan without Shakeology? YES! Absolutely! If you want to know how, I can help you meal plan! I just drink a Shake intead of eat a meat. I'm not much of a meat eater, so it helps me fill my reds. BUT, you do want to be careful you aren't drinking too many of your meals. You'll see me back off of the two a day and lean toward whole foods in the next couple of days, when I get to the grocery store.

Today's workout was great! It didn't feel hard to me at all as I was doing it and then after my muscles started to really FEEL it! The workouts are easily modified, or intensified, as you need it. I will take some weekly measurements tomorrow, but my clothes are fitting better and I'm noticing a flatter stomach and smaller thighs, so I'm hoping the measurements comfirm that. I'm almost 1/3 of the way done!!

And hubby ate curly fries and a burger on a white bun and chips for dinner when he got home tonight. UGH! I wanted them so badly! Does your spouse eat what you eat or does he have his own section of the pantry for all his "non-Fix-approved" items? ;)
