Hey ya'll! I thought I'd start sharing some easy "Fix approved" meals for those of you who need some new ideas.

Today's is Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

What you need:

3-4 chicken breasts

1 jar salsa

1 can black beans, drained

jasmine or brown rice

parsley flakes

What to do:

Place chicken breasts in your slow cooker.

Pour entire jar of salsa (I used one that was about 18oz) over top of the chicken.

Drain and rinse the beans and pour over top of the salsa.
