2017 is going to be amazing!!

Sometimes things just start coming together. If you're like me you LOVE how the new year offers a fresh start. New planners, new goals, lots of excitement and an amazing ability to learn and work hard.

January is THE MONTH for health and fitness. The holidays are donsies--no more excuses! So I have put together some awesome groups for January to help get you going :).

Jan 3-5: 3 Day refresh kickstart group. The Refresh is a mini cleanse to help get you back on track. Weightloss is a great biproduct from the experience too--I usually lose between 2 and 5 pounds in 3 days!

Jan 9: Health Bet. This challenge group is meant for those who want to get results, stay on track, and get PAID FOR your hard work. Each participant still in the running at the end of 30 days will split a huge pot of money--but better yet will feel amazing and supported to keep going long after the group is finished <3

Jan 16: Coach Mentorship. The first Rise Up training group of the year! Learn how you can earn an income helping others reach their goals, using social media and your own story! We'll work closely together to reach some big team goals WHILE you work on your own health and fitness 👊.
