Pomegranates are a health powerhouse. They are known as a superfood and contain vitamins A, C, E and K as well as folic acid and antioxidants. All this means good news for your heart, skin, stomach, brain and entire body, as pomegranates are said to aid in strong blood flow, minimize stomach discomfort, and provide for a healthy immune system.
