Back to it today... after more than a week off I decided I needed to continue with my workout plan


Upper body day! I went with 5 and 10 lb weights today and I did pretty well! Didn't have to modify as much, but did go slow and made sure my


Pilates today! This band is a tricky little thing. The first few times I used it I spent the whole workout tackling the dang band.


Odd scenerio_ I couldn't finish my workout today. I REALLY wasn't feeling it


30 minutes of weighted cardio DONE


Even on a Saturday, I got it done! 30 minutes is all it takes


My last week of this program, and I almost skipped today's workout
